A molded injection molding product generally requires a process of product design, mold development, and injection molding processing, and molds are essential throughout the entire process. Below is a brief introduction to the composition of an injection mold.

Formed components refer to the parts that make up the cavity of the moving and fixed parts; Pouring system, the channel through which molten plastic enters the mold cavity from the injection machine nozzle; Guiding components enable accurate alignment of the mold during mold closing; Ejection mechanism, a device that pushes plastic out of the mold cavity after mold separation; Temperature control system, to meet the requirements of injection process for mold temperature; The exhaust system expels the air inside the mold and the gas evaporated from the plastic itself during molding, and often sets up exhaust slots on the parting surface; Supporting components, used to install fixed or support formed components and other mechanical components. For injection molds with complex points, sometimes there are also lateral parting and core pulling structures.
